We offer bespoke packages for each property.  Our prices include a free consultation.  We specialise in probate properties where we can transform a property to increase the number of viewngs, offers               and sales price.

Prices start from £1,500

We offer decluttering by the hour or as a bespoke package if its a larger job - for example you have a whole home to clear after a bereavement.  We also collaborate with a very good clearance company so can be there to support you with any size job.

   Prices start from £45 an hour

These bespoke packages include u going in before the photographer arrives and declutter into boxes.  We may re-arrange the furniture or add our own plants, cushions, artwork and accessories to create a clean and attractive presentation of your property.  Once the shoot has been done we put things back where they were and remove our items.

Is your home not working for your family and lifestyle?  If not why not try this package which will review your problem areas and come up with solutions.  We can simply give you a report and you can do it yourself or we can do it with you.

We offer an advisory service where we visit your home viewing all the rooms then prepare a report detailing how you can create a property ready for photography.  We can also work virtually from a video you have taken of all the rooms in your home.
